Something to Smile About

The books all say I should start my "social smiles" around 6 weeks of age. I say I've been smiling for awhile now; no, they've had nothing to do with gas. I'm a girl, after all (though burps are another thing entirely - I can't wait to show Auntie Ginny what I can do).

Anyway, Mommy and Daddy have finally caught some of these real smiles on camera, as I've been doing tons of smiling and laughing these days. Mostly I smile at Daddy, Mommy,

and Nana's art.
Boy, I'm having fun! This life outside the belly isn't so bad after all. There's so much to see and smile at, I might just give up taking naps entirely.
