Mommy had her first farmers market experience as "Auntie M" (as in 'Auntie M's Natural Bakery') this past weekend. Even though I am not big enough yet to help with being a taste-tester, we found out that I definitely have a knack for marketing. We sold quite a lot of cookies and cakes, mostly because I was the official mascot.
Some people thought I might be for sale too but Mommy always quickly responded with a chuckle, a "no" and then something about how they should check back in about 13 years. Hmmm. Two naps and more than six hours later, Mommy and Daddy said they were so proud of me, that I was the perfect baby. I managed to spend the greater part of the day at the market without so much as a single fuss. Of course, I had been motivated by the idea that cookies may be my reward. As it turns out, cereal is to be my first solid food and not for another two months. Who knew?
